1st Halloween

We had a great 1st Halloween! On Friday night, we went to my sister's house for her Halloween party with her boys. We had a blast. Then tonight Addison and I went to a friends house for another Halloween party. Addison dressed up as a Pink Cheetah. She was so cute.

This picture was taken after her nap today. I have mentioned before about how she smiles at me when she wakes up. Well I was able to finally get a picture of her smiling.

This was us getting ready to go. I ended up removing the makeup on her nose because it was taking forever to dry and she keep putting her hands in it and it was getting everywhere. So we went with just whiskers. Still very cute, though!!

This was at my friend Christen's Halloween Party. This is a area that she has set up for everybody to take pictures. Very Cute Christen! You did a great job! We had a blast but it was starting to get cold so we didn't stay to long. I would have loved to stay longer.

Visit to Dallas

Cody and I took Addison up to Dallas to see her Aunt Caroline! We are so glad that Caroline finally got to see Addison. Caroline has been sick and in/out of the hospital since Addison was born. We had a great time visiting with everybody.

2 Month Doctors visit

We had Addison's 2 month check up on Monday afternoon. She now weighs 12 pounds and 4 oz and was 23 1/2 inches long. Her doctor said that she is in the 90th percentile of girls her age, so she is doing great! He said that she looked wonderful! These are some pictures Addison on our way to the doctors office.

She wasn't happy after her appointment because she had to get her 2 month shots. She got a total of 3 shots and took some medicine by mouth! She sure didn't like her shots. I haven't heard her scream so loud =( She was a little bit fussy that night but otherwise did wonderful! She is still doing good sleeping at night and sleeping 8 hours straight at night.

I am going back to work part-time and start back the week of November 8th so please pray that Addison will be a good girl for her daddy. I am going back to working night shift. I am looking forward to visiting with my friends again but not about leaving Addison. But I think that it will be good to spend some time away from her.

10 weeks old

Not to much new this week. Addison is still growing and cooing all the time. I love to wake up and go over to her bassinet and she will turn and look at me and give the biggest smile. =) It just melts my heart.

We were getting ready to go somewhere and she was staring at her ducky. Such an intense look.

She was staring the giraffe down too. Makes you wonder what is going thorough her head.

We went to a pumpkin patch near our house and picked out some pumpkins.

I was playing with her hair today! I was surprised that I her hair can do this. Cody didn't like it very much. He said that she looked like a "Mexican baby"!!! I think that it is cute except for the fact that it stands straight up. I know it isn't centered on her head but that was the best that I could do.

2 Months Old

Addison is now 2 months old. She is growing like crazy. She loves to coo and smile at us. She is getting stronger every day and moving her head around and able to hold her head up by herself for a couple of seconds. She has become a wonderful sleeper! Two nights this weeks she has sleep almost 9 hours without waking up =) But there are still nights where she wakes up every 5 hours too, but i am not complaining. She loves to be outside. Addison and I have went to her cousins flag football games two nights this week and she just sits in my arms just looking around and hardly ever make a noise.

This was her first bath in her tub! We had been doing sponge baths because her umbilical cord wasn't healed all the way. She really enjoys her baths.
